euRobotics Membership

• euRobotics members – Industry and Research – receive a number of free- and discount registration links (according to their annual membership fees), provided that they have paid their euRobotics membership fees. The codes will allow access to free registration until 31th of December 2022 (23:59 CET), after that 150 – 300 EURO will be added, depending on time of registration.
• euRobotics members benefit from discounted rates for all additional tickets purchased. Associate members also benefit from the euRobotics discounted rates.
• Free- and discount links have been sent directly to eligible euRobotics members and sponsors

FULL Registration fee includes

• Admission to all scientific sessions, workshops and exhibition
• Welcome reception on 14.03.2023
• On-site lunches and refreshments in the sponsor- as well as exhibition areas

GALA DINNER REGISTRATION INCLUDES

• Entrance to the Gala Dinner, 14 March 2023

One day pass includes

• Admission to all scientific sessions, workshops and exhibition during one day
• On-site lunch and refreshments during the selected day in the exhibition area

Exhibition Only pass

• Exhibition Only passes can be purchased only through the Sponsor and Exhibitor registration page of ERF2023
• Gives you access to the exhibition, not the conference content or welcome reception

For students

• You will be asked for proof of being a student upon completion of registration
• An invalid proof will lead to the invalidation of your registration
• As a general rule, PhD students are not considered students

Registration fees and conditions for payment

• Payment via Wire transfer only possible until February 7, 2023.
• The registration fee is based on the date of registration and payment. 
• If you want to benefit from the lower fee, register early and pay before the deadline.
• Registration through invoice option will be automatically updated to the next fee if payment has not been processed before the payment deadline mentioned on the invoice.
• Please make sure that you select the right ticket category (euRobotics Member/ Non-member) with the implications linked to it. Free ticket codes and discounted rates cannot be applied after a registration has been confirmed.
• The ticket received upon registration is only valid once payment has been done. All tickets have to be paid before entering the forum regardless of the payment date on the invoice. 
• Participants failing to present a valid ticket or proof of payment will have to buy on site tickets. No refunds will be made.

Cancellations and refunds

If you are unable to attend, you need to notify us by sending an e-mail with your name and registration confirmation to erf2023-registration@sdu.dk

You will be refunded according to the following conditions

• Cancellation up to 14 days after order – 100% refund (Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the first day of the event are non-refundable.)
• Cancellation after 31st of January – No refund

All cancellation requests will be handled after the ERF. All refund requests will handled as soon as possible, however in some cases, refunds will be handled after the ERF.
